Personally I use llms as sparring partners to find blind spots in my architectural designs and in my fmeas and they certainly add a lot of value that goes beyond grunt work. Also I think you can use them to give you quizzes to test your understanding of a lot of concepts. Ultimately it is down to the individual to profit from them intelligently
