It’s really important to stress that they will blame this on AI, but that’s just a smokescreen for managerial incompetence. Every time they invoke AI and “efficiency” it’s to distract from how badly the company is doing. AI is not that helpful or productive yet. The potential is there but the results aren’t there yet.
