This reminds me of a video I saw on YouTube (might have been Midwest Safety or code blue cam) that was about a guy at a casino that was arrested for trespassing because someone that looked like him was trespassed for sleeping in the casino. Despite providing a DL to prove his identity, they went off their super fancy new AI powered camera system that identified him with a 99% certainty score. Cops took it at face value and booked him.
Turns out he was who he said he was! 😱
Apparently he was lucky he was only in jail for a day or two.
