For various reasons I do agree that they're hypocritical: They allow their models to be used for military strikes that often involve the death of innocent civilians, while preventing users from generating harmless erotic fiction.
But in terms of capability, Claude Opus has always been far more productive in my use cases than the GPT and Gemini models.
