I live in an apt, and you’d be surprised to know that people will let their dogs shit inside of the building in the hallways, and never come back for it (I get emergencies happen, but pick it up…)
Many smear marks of people going out and immediately stepping it in… It’s gross and why dog owners get bad raps a lot of places. It seems more people leave it than pick it up unfortunately.
