I disagree. Likely scenario is India gets hit the hardest. AI replaces what was their value prop for even less. The desired employee moving forward is less senior people, but good senior people who are multidisciplinary skilled workers that can exercise judgement while overseeing teams of agentic agents. This is NOT the typical offshore worker. This is a 38-45 year old with 15+ years experience living in a lower cost US market like Dallas. Claude replaces India.
