I happened to be a millennial at 34 and the job market out there absolutely sucks bad and with so many businesses now using ai for filtering, it is making nearly impossible for me to get a real job. I work full time as an uber driver and trying to learn other skills but I have stopped applying for jobs because I just can never get a reply back at all which is so frustrating that some others I see can even get land a job or an interview. I can’t!! I have work experience on my resume but trying to get like a new job, no. The market out there is just bad. It’s not just Gen Z getting hurt it’s millennials and everyone else.
