One time I loaded a social media site and for whatever reason the algorithm loaded me up to someone else's feed, or a base feed, and then when I reloaded it was back to my own feed. The other feed that I was on for that minute was ... haunting. The augmentation and manipulation of reality that is being generated for everyone to skew our thinking into divergent worlds is scary as hell.
