Worse, AI hype is convincing companies they can replace humans... they cant, and lots of companies have already projected future earning potential based on unrealistic pie in the sky figures from removing their bottom line workers.
Theyll need those workers back... in markets where those workers have been discouraged because those jobs are supposdely replaced by AI now. Students wont have learnt to think critically on their own so the demand for skilled labour will be high and the supply low.
