Off the title here. But you dont and its not the companies problem. Its extremely worrying because even if the AI thing IS a bubble companies are trying to push for it anyway. Which is shoving out a lot of experienced people back into the job market. College grads are struggling to find work along with a ton of others here. I was trying for my IT degree. But stopped because I didnt want a mountain of debt. Plus, with the lack of guarantee that Ill find anything a couple of bucks above min wage, I figured it was safer to stick with my smooth brain Security Guard job.
