What it reminded me of, which was also hard to watch for different reasons, is the first episode of a show called "Immoral Compass." It's hosted by Bill Burr and is just a bunch of short comedy vignettes about people making bad choices.
In the episode a guy is having sex with his wife, and she tells him he can "cum anywhere." He's like, "anywhere?" and she says yes. Next thing you know she looks up and he's standing on the other side of the room, and had just jizzed on a framed photo of her mother.
