That happens at all companies. Managers who don't understand the underlying production work think it's so fucking easy because it's basically magic to them. It's why Boeing is in huge trouble right now, middle managers think they know better than engineers on the ground. These morons will pay for some consulting company to give them AI solutions their products will fail miserably and they'll move onto the next company to ruin.
