I agree, but I have seen a lot of posts shaming people for it, or at least dismissing the reasons why. A top [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/ChatGPT/s/061OzVlcP0) was made earlier that repeated points already being made and really only adding a reaction of "what the fuck" and "this is appalling". I've seen other similar posts too. My point isn't that ChatGPT is completely harmless and a great stand-in for real humans, just that there's reasons why some people are in positions where socialization is harder, and a real solution would have to be more than telling people to seek therapy
