Trump’s AI policy will just be ignored by anyone except Nazi tech like xAI that was going to do it anyway. The US government isn’t a big enough AI customer.
The best the US government could get is requiring custom fine-tuned conservative models specifically made for US federal customers.
The regular industry isn’t going to be interested.
