Yeah, from what I hear, dumb lawyers who try to use AI and pass that work off to the judge usually get sanctioned. A rather well publicized example was quite recent with Mike Lindell. Judges are getting wise to lazy lawyers using AI to do their work and they don't appreciate them passing off bad filings filled with nonexistent case references and other nonsense.
