I had a similar experience. Then I thought, well if the AI can really replace a person, then let me keep giving it tasks that I would normally delegate to a person. And guess what? It just doesn't hold up over time. Every once in a while it will perform well, but that's generally for a task that you (or someone on your team) could do themselves. As things get more complex, the AI gets stuck a lot more, and you'll start to regain confidence about your future.
