Must’ve gotten hold of the AI/LLMs that UHC insurance uses to deny claims — fascinating someone actually looked at the photos and still wrote all that bullshit.
I bet they’re miserable in real life, toxic people spew venom and anger and frustration to others so they suffer too.
OP you should also request that the city reviews and audits all the *other^ parking citations and appeals written by that specific person
