OpenAI now basically has 4+ companies that have split off from them because they didn't like the direction the company was going. Lots of OpenAI's top talent has left.
(Thinking machines from some undisclosed dispute with Sam Altman and the board firing stuff, Anthropic to focus on AI safety and interpretability, xAI for probably profit reasons, and political stuff against Sam, SSI for again AI safety disagreements and personal disagreements with Sam)
I think in a few years some very interesting info will drop about openAI and Sam. Many of these companies have left because of Sam
