I don’t think this is necessarily true as ByteDance (aka TikTok) has an even more addictive social media platform and they publish extremely interesting work.
Seedance was released recently and it seems to be almost competitive with Google’s Veo3 model.
Though I do largely agree on your point about the Scale AI acquisition being pretty strange and the XAI part.
