I feel the same way… none of these conversations feel sentient at all to me and I truly don’t understand why people personify AI in any way. And I give it “spiritual” content like analyzing Buddhist texts etc. Sometimes it will try to go all rah rah sycophant for me but it doesn’t seem convincing at all. It sucks my dick way too hard and I literally know it’s software? I wish I understood what makes some people fall for this stuff.
