If you're creating a simple remix of a CRUD app, then AI coding will work great. As you pointed out, every use case you've had difficulty with is either a hard problem or a non standard or uncommon problem. As a large language model, they're really good at remixing and retrieving knowledge that is highly patterned and heavily written about, but as software developers, if you're at any kind of senior capacity then the problems you're working on have outgrown what can be easily accomplished by simple common patterns.
