It's slightly complicated, but candidates ***functionally*** can't say that sentence if they're H1-B. Whenever you see a posting like this, assume they're trying to trap H1Bs who just got laid off into doing death marches. Sometimes literally. The people who enjoy this stuff exist, but they're making $200K, entire percentage points as founding engineers, or are just straight up founders. /Not all H1B are Infosys, but I trust Claude a lot more than I trust the median Infosys contractor.
