Extremely. Also, I’ve never seen more than 48 hours after signing to cancel a contract on a car sale. A lot of dealerships will try and drag out delivery of a vehicle to eat up as much of that time as possible. It appears PA is “midnight on the third business day”.
So the idea that the bank would just do this based on a phone call, one week in, is alarming.
