Not really. One of the main principles of therapy is unconditional positive regard, where the therapist validates and affirms no matter what the client says. Not all therapist challenge you and not all therapist are helpful either. Many "therapists" historically have tortured the mentally ill.
It may be more helpful for some people than a therapist. I've had a hard time finding a really helpful therapist because they just listen and guide instead of giving any real feedback, like chatGPT does.
