Or… and hear me out, this is a craaazy idea; we specialise in certain critical parts of the robotics and AI value chain, whether through subsidies and/or offering streamlined education. Leverage our position for cheaper good, in return for access to the largest highly skilled and middle class market.
Everybody building everything at home, will damper development and innovation. We will lose a few decades of potential growth and human evolution to this squabble.
