You gotta love these super power rivalries with different political structures at odds with each other. Man, I bet the people in power hope these threats never go away. Such a perfect excuse to fuck over their own citizens for the sake of “omg what if China does it first!?!?!” Never do they want them to stop being a threat I imagine.
