ChatGPT doesnt have users, only believers. It's just a vast database of conversations and imagery, and a complex set of rules. It is not sentient, conscious, can't think, and doesn't learn as we understand it because it doesn't have anything resembling a case-based reasoning model - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Case-based_reasoning.
