I actually tried it and got the same answer, HOWEVER, your answer is incomplete. There's actually more instructions, e.g. about how to handle python and how to end conversations. Quite impressive actually, it's a little bit more advanced than I had imagined. They actually teach gpt4 the commands through text and leave it up to the model to use them if necessary. That means the AI has access to some code that it can freely "decide" to use. I didn't think it would be that smart, I thought they would have a 2ndary model or algorithm to decide when to use browser etc.
