I don't care what spy games government's play with each other as long as they leave civilian populations out of it. All these states suck and are evil.
But democracy is something they need to keep their hands off. If it can be proven, I'd support declaring war over it. Otherwise we're just letting them test the fences, and they'll eventually find a weak spot and kill the free world with it.
