And not even just that, they're studying LLMs. These are not bots whose purpose is to analyze the best way to solve military conflict but bots whose purpose is to produce text based on the text they've been trained on. I'd hazard a guess that the text they have been trained on is NOT leaning towards the "let's not wage war, pacifism is better, peace is the best way to win in a game of war" side of advice.
