There are no arbitrary lines, technology changes but the fundamental truth that you are responsible for your actions doesn’t. This is akin to harassment and it has nothing to do with AI. If you used pen and paper to achieve the same result it would still be harassment.
This doesn’t have to do anymore with freedom of speech because you are no more “free” to do this than you are free to draw nudes of your coworkers and pass them around the office.
