For images created with machine learning, it may come down to the dataset that was used for training and if records of age and consent are available for it.
Porn producers are required to have all of that info. If you can prove that all models in the dataset images were photographed legally and with consent then it will be hard to argue that content generated from that dataset would be in violation of the law.
