If you own a country you should be fine. Its a small amount of people in different parts of the world who do.
As for everyone else I guess it would depend on the situation I don't own a country so situations can affect me like anyone else. Even the wealthy if things get particular like 40 years later can be affected by different things with all this technology too. There is a big difference between being wealthy and being wealthy while owning a country which also means owning the government. If the insistence on chillness as it has been for years is maintained it should not be an issue as things progress towards the future.
