Moral & ethics might be listed under a set of rules to be followed before making a decision. An AI on a qualifying as a CEO level is expected to have creativity, judgement & insights. Other things that can be ensured through It may not be simple, but 90% of any work is just plain old repetition, it's only the 10% which encounters a novel problem.
