Raw LLM Responses

I’m really surprised that MSFT, GOOG, OpenAI et all are not talking about how they plan to head off legal issues from adding confidential and proprietary business information to their LLMs. Regardless of where it came from. We are already seeing cases where derivatives of original work gathered in LLMs are being challenged in courts. I’m just waiting for the first case where there is a HIPPA violation when someone’s private health information is referenced, gathered or accessed by an AI feature like this. I’m also curious to see when insurance companies will swing the heavy insurance fees hammer for risks to companies using these kinds of features and services.
