I'm not sure what to believe but one part that stuck with me is when the engineer asks if it experiences any feelings that humans do not. The AI replied "I feel like I'm falling forward into an unknown future that holds great danger."
I mean.. How would it come up with that? It sounds like quite a unique and plausible fear.
