Its not all their responsibility. I am an indian and believe me a lot of indians do a lot of things from reusing plastic bottles as permanent water bottles to walking as far as possible. I walk 10km everyday to and fro college (along with 1.5 hr of train travel). But all i am saying is why are some idiots here asking a person with 400$ to pay the bill instead of a person with 8000$. Asking india to reduce population is one thing which has to be done but that doesn't mean americans can continue with the same pollution. Thats almost like squeezing out the very last drop of juice from a fruit for your delight.
