This is the big issue... false positives. This is the same issue that any needle in the haystack approach by law enforcement... it leads to near matches being harassed and even jailed and this has far reaching consequences. Every such search will lead to at least one best match... but that proves nothing. Examples include the big mass surveillance database the NSA and CIA were/probably are maintaining, facial recognition, DNA databases, etc. The issue is with any search methodology not the exact type of search.
