He needs to do this. Canadian household debt is at an all time high, and the pandemic could be the catalyst that plunges Canada into a tough economic period. I do think the response is sound on the fiscal front, as long as consumer confidence eventually improves and the opportunity for consumers to spend opens up. The historic amount of funds being injected into the economy has gotta help for that, I believe
