There were similar programs developed already for various forms of disease such as lung cancer. Some of them simply prioritize the patient records based on matching anomalies. Nothing is flagged to be positive or negative. Doctor still needs to read the report and handle patient normally. The system just takes the role of nurses at triage station, which is legally safer for the tech company.
