Yup! Just commented on how confused I am about this. When I was in Havana I remember the smell of oil burning in the air. I also remember seeing smog like I haven’t seen since I was a kid in LA in the early 90’s. To be fair, the smog makes sunsets look amazing! Also, Havana was amazing!
