mostly its called "incompetent sensor placement" like how someone caught a 500hp tractor-trailer parked beside the weather site in France or the ice cream truck parking so it's refrigerator vents heat onto the weather station in Scotland. More than 80% of the stations do not meet the minimum requirements for adjustable input and 50% are so badly maintained or altered as to be considered criminal... and then the idiots who run their fake models average temperatures over the distances between two of these bad stations and get shit.
