Making a specific complaint against the asshole CO or the COs in general isnt going to help her sis and in all likelihood will make it even worse. The DOC will view her own bra as contraband and applaud the asshole CO for following the letter of the law. Better to go through the legal system to get a DOC issued bra that fits and an 8x day pumping allowance. Bottom line: will a judge be more amenable to these requests or the DOC and the prison guards? I’ll go with a judge everytime. No offense to the current and former DOC employees in this thread. Relying on there being compassionate people, like all of you, in the grievances system is not worth the risk when there are better options.
