There should be no case on several levels however this kind of escalation would make me concerned that he's obsessing over you. Document everything in case this turns into harassment/stalking.
A normal person who fudged their age would move on instead of hopping onboard the crazy train.
Hopefully your lawyer can nip this in the bud with a strongly worded demand letter threatening a counter suit but make sure this guy's is not so crazy that this turns into his life's work.
