The MIT and Lockheed Martin collaboration is focused on autonomous navigation, which could potentially be useful in war, but has real value in non-violent applications. Just because Lockheed does make weapons doesn’t mean that is all Lockheed does. Conversely, this South Korea AI collaboration is specifically about developing weapon systems.
