I work 44 hours too, its odd since you can't do much personal stuff during the week like banking stuff. But the boss is very understanding and we can get out and fix personal stuff if necessary just with the understanding that when the company needs it I am exoected to help ( unless there is oersonal stuff going on too which they won't argue).
And I also have never worked on a Saturday simce I switched jobs.
