It's not self driving but not like it'll be an issue anyway. I drive 75 in 65 because most people are going 95-100 mph and I become a road hazard going 65 mph. Hopefully a self driving car will be allowed to speed a little to keep people from changing lanes then suddenly slamming into the car at 110 mph.
