In Arizona (Phoenix/Tempe/Chandler), they are extremely common. Between Google, Intel, and Uber I drive by no less than 2 per day in action. These things work. They work well. The I-10 is shut down daily with fatal human accidents here that cause carnage on families and countless hours of delays and misery for those in traffic. Enough about the worry already. Unleash these companies and let them save lives.
