Can someone explain to me why exactly this is a bad thing? I am not a trump supporter, matter of fact I hate the guy, but I don't see this as a bad thing. Spending $600 million a year for abortions in other countries? Why?
Are these 20 countries doing it as a screw you to the US? Why didn't they pick up the tab all these years?
