I doubt these people enjoy this situation. I saw one [documentary]( https://news.vice.com/video/the-high-cost-of-cheap-clothes) once that explained how the Cambodian government literally "rehabilitates" victims of sex trafficking by forcing them to work in factories. Ya know, for their own good....supposedly.
There's a word for this. Slavery. That a meager wage is provided doesn't make it anything else.
